Air Travel in Your Plans? - A few tips to make it a little easier
As you're packing your suitcase and bracing yourself for heading to the airport we wanted to send a few last minute tips to hopefully make your trip just a little easier.
Here's a great article from "About Travel" on what to bring in your carry-on to control your own inflight experience. The only thing I would add is make sure to pack your medication and/or vitamins in your carry-on as well, and avoid being stranded at some random connecting airport without them.
And this Huffington Post article includes some good air travel tips along with some apps that can be helpful along the way. One great tip is to "map out a plan B...should your flight get delayed or canceled." By "looking up and jotting down alternative flights before your trip gets disrupted." Then "you can suggest them to the airline representative rebooking you." Saving you time, and maybe some agony.

You already know that we love the Style Rx and its stylish practicality for carrying vitamins and medications on the go. But we love it even more when someone else discovers it and falls in love with it too! That's we just had to do a little bragging on this Monday morning.
This weekend the First Time Mom blog reviewed the Style Rx designer pill box case and recommended it as a "perfect stocking stuffer for any fashionable health conscious woman." Adding "the look and quality of construction (of) The Style Rx are both excellent."

Gear Up Before You Go - 7 Shopping Essentials for Black Friday and Small Business Saturday Shopping Success
Are you gearing up for some serious post-turkey shopping on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday? If so, take a minute now to plan for comfort and endurance. Here's 7 Shopping Essentials to be ready:
- Hydrate - Drink fluids before heading out, and plan to take a refillable water bottle with you so can stay hydrated while battling the crowds.
- Fuel - You'll probably eat well before heading out (turkey and fixings or breakfast at a cafe), but make sure to take snacks as well. A handful of almonds or a banana thrown in your bag should do the trick.
- Rx - Organize your medications or vitamins that you need to take ahead of time in a designer pill box like the Style Rx and you won't miss a dose or a deal!
- Tote - Spare a disposable shopping bag and bring your own reusable tote for all your finds.

A Time of Gratitude and Celebration
Thanksgiving is less than a week away, and I can't believe that the holiday season is upon us. However, as momentum builds towards one of the most joyous (and hectic) times of the year, I want to make an extra effort this year to be take the celebrations (and all requisite preparations) as they come and be as present as possible.
I have a 4.5 year old little girl who I cherish. She's quickly grown into this fantastic little lady with a beautiful sparkle in her eye, and it's making me keenly aware of just how fast time it passing. She won't be this adventurous preschooler forever, and I want to try harder to soak it all in!
That's why even though this is my first year leading Inspired by Dawn through the holiday gift season - and making sure that anyone and everyone who wants a Style Rx for the holidays gets one - that I still do my best to take each joyous occasion as it comes. While I will be (gratefully) packing pill box cases in between making pies and stuffing, I intend to do my best to really celebrate Thanksgiving. Christmas parties, visits with Santa, holiday cards and gift shopping are just around the corner but I'm doing my best to take this holiday season one day at a time, and right now I'm focusing on this time of gratitude.
