Once again, science seems to be showing that any
amount and type of exercise is beneficial. A recent study
reported in The New York Times indicates that any amount of exercise, especially between the ages of 40 and 65, can increase our cellular health and hopefully our longevity.
So if you've already fallen off the treadmill, don't beat yourself up.
